We are looking for a warehouse assistant and delivery & service technician to join our team who will work in the field and also at our warehouse assisting with our service and operations duties.
Water Care and Service Technician Duties (Approximately 10-20 hours weekly)
Professionally, efficiently, and successfully learn to perform all water care and service tasks for any and all products that The Hot Tub Store provides service for, including attending training seminars as directed by management.
Our factory certified service technicians are amongst the highest paid hot tub techs in the country.
- Be an ambassador of The Hot Tub Store and speak positively of the company with team members and with customers.
- Continually monitor service schedule and calendar, work with schedulers to adjust as needed
- Provide professional customer service at work locations and customers’ homes.
- Process warranty parts and prepare parts to be shipped the next day.
- Assist with regularly cleaning/organizing the company vehicles and maintaining the inventory.
- Warehouse Assistant Duties (Approximately 10-20 hours weekly)
- Assist with deliveries of supplies
- Assist with preparation of spas to be delivered to customers
- Organize, clean, and prepare warehouse
- Operate forklift and drive delivery truck
- Assist in receiving products arriving on semi trucks, unload with forklift.
- Organize all inventory items in warehouses
- Help to set up, change, and remove displays at showrooms
General Duties As Assigned
- Assist with retail customers as needed, including selling products, lifting items to customers’ vehicles, restocking retail shelving, maintaining water in display spas
- Always dress professionally with clean work pants/shorts, athletic shoes/boots, company logo shirt/sweatshirt
- Follow the directives of management
- Training will be provided
Specific Job Duties
- Provide a high level of customer service, responding to needs and satisfying expectations
- Develop positive rapport with customers
- Serve as an ambassador for the company
- Work with and assist other Warehouse and Service Technicians
- Provide technical support to other departments and personnel
- Promote and practice proper safety procedures at all times
- Complete company forms, reports and other job-related paperwork
- Perform additional assignments
Requirements
- Technical field service in all weather
- Strong mechanical and electrical skills a plus
- Good work ethic
- Provide tools appropriate for the position
- Heavy lifting
***Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
Education
High School diploma required with further mechanical/electrical training a plus
