The Hot Tub Store is Northern California’s best hot tub repair company. Find repair services for Hot Spring® spas, Caldera® spas, Tiger River® spas, Freeflow Spas® and Fantasy Spas® models, Endless™ Pools swim spas, and more. We can repair any brand of hot tub or swim spa.

Our $249 starting service fee (fee varies by brand and geographical area) covers our drive time and the diagnosis of your spa repair needs, followed by $100 per 30 minutes of service thereafter.

Our success rate for completing repairs on the first visit is over 90%—one of the best in the industry!

The Hot Tub Store is a family-owned business, providing high-quality products and services in Northern California since 1973. We are a local brick-and-mortar business supporting our 30,000+ hot tub customers in our service area.

As an authorized retailer and factory-certified service center for spas made by Watkins Wellness®, we are able to provide parts for the following brands.

If you need parts for one of these brands, give our service center a call, and we will do all we can to assist you in the purchase of the needed parts. It is most helpful if you have your spa’s serial number and either the part number or a photo of the exact part you need. At this time, we do not provide parts for any other spa manufacturers. 

Please note that we do not run an internet warehouse business. We only carry genuine factory-certified parts for the brands listed. We do not have “look-alike” copies often sold online, and our prices are not always as low as those you may find on the web for similar parts. Many parts sold online are imitations of the genuine parts and may or may not work as well or for as long as the genuine parts we sell. Our parts carry a manufacturer’s warranty and are priced as fairly as possible so you can get your spa working again quickly and economically.

Often, our customers choose to have one of our factory certified technicians come and perform the needed repairs rather than doing it themselves. If you would like to wipe this off your “honey-do” list and have our technician get it done, call us to schedule service.

Our Guarantee

If you have the same issue occur within 30 days, our call-out service fee is waived and you only pay for parts and labor. All parts have a one-year worry-free warranty.
